We built a Purpose Bound Money ecosystem where institutions can define and enforce spending conditions on-chain. The system uses Chainlink oracles for price feeds and compliance verification, with a multi-sig governance model for minting authority. Vouchers are issued with a specific purpose (healthcare, education, shelter) and can only be redeemed at verified service providers matching that purpose. Each transaction is recorded on-chain for full transparency.

Technical Architecture
The ImpactoMoney platform leverages a layered architecture built on Ethereum-compatible smart contracts. At its core, the PurposeBoundToken contract extends the ERC-20 standard with additional spending condition metadata. Each token issuance includes an immutable purpose tag — such as HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, or SHELTER — that is verified at the point of redemption.
The GovernanceModule implements a 3-of-5 multi-sig pattern for minting authority, ensuring no single entity can unilaterally create new tokens. Chainlink Price Feed oracles maintain the stablecoin's peg to the US dollar, with automated circuit breakers that pause minting if the price deviates beyond 1%.
